Please read these terms before using the school's website and online services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Use the school's online services only for lawful, educational and administrative purposes. You must not:
- Share your login with anyone else
- Try to reach accounts, records or data that are not yours
- Upload or send anything harmful, offensive or unlawful
- Send unsolicited messages or spam
- Interfere with how the services work
- Try to copy or take apart the software
Misuse can lead to access being suspended and, where appropriate, to the matter being reported.
Parents and guardians
By enrolling a child, parents and guardians agree to:
- Keep their contact and medical details accurate and up to date
- Make sure their child attends regularly and on time
- Support the school's code of conduct at home
- Work constructively with teachers on their child's progress
- Tell the school promptly about anything that may affect their child's learning or welfare
- Attend parent meetings and other arranged appointments
Fees
Fees are due by the start of each term unless the school has agreed a payment plan in writing.
- How to pay
- Online through the parent portal, or by the other means the school office lists.
- Late payment
- The school may apply its late-payment terms to balances left unpaid after the start of term.
- Refunds
- Fees are not refundable once a term has begun, except where the school agrees otherwise.
- Unpaid balances
- The school may hold back reports and online access while a balance is unpaid.
